1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using KweLead Studio or SODIAX (the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. About the Services

KweLead Studio is a business management platform for wellness studios and health professionals. SODIAX is a behavioral health intelligence platform for remote patient monitoring, clinical assessments, and population analytics. Both are operated by Luffra Group LLC.

3. Accounts & Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at contact@luffragroup.com.
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
• You may cancel at any time through the billing portal — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
• Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
• Transmit malware, spam, or harmful content
• Reverse engineer or copy any part of the Services
• Use the Services to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Misrepresent your identity or qualifications as a health professional

6. Health & Medical Disclaimer

SODIAX is a technology platform and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Clinical assessments, RPM data, and AI-generated content are tools to support licensed practitioners — they do not replace professional clinical judgment.

In case of a mental health emergency, call 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or 911 immediately.

7. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Services are owned by Luffra Group LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Services without our written permission.

9. Third-Party Integrations

The Services integrate with Stripe, Twilio, Google, Mapbox, and Anthropic. Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party providers.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Luffra Group LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting contact@luffragroup.com.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
